How to use your Pendulum   -$30 

 Ever wondered how, what ,where, when, or why to use a pendulum?  This class is the perfect opportunity for you to gain knowledge and confidence on best practices. 

Pendulums come in all shapes and sizes. They are quite simply tools that help us detect our energetic field. They are tuned to subtle vibrations and a good chakra pendulum can help us clear, balance and heal our bodies.

A pendulum is a weight hanging from a fixed point. When pulled and released, the forces of gravity and inertia create movement. However, when no force is inflicted on the weight, something begins to happen naturally; energy moves the weight with a little help from the unconscious mind. Pendulums feel magical, for even when held completely still, they begin to move in detection of the invisible energy around us.

This two hour class includes ample practice time to master your skills.  Bring your own pendulum or use one while you're in the spa. We offer a wide variety of crystals to meet your needs and we're confident you will find one that speaks to you.  Class size is limited to 6 people and a minimum of 2 participants.  This class is also available online for those unable to make it in person.   Upcoming class times are listed on our Facebook page.  Don't see a time that fits your schedule or you would like a private party with your friends, please contact Karen 812-870-9483  

 

Basic Chakra & Balancing Class  $125

Chakra comes from the Sanskrit word for wheel and is more commonly translated to mean a point of physical or spiritual energy in the human body.  If you picture yourself sitting cross-legged in Lotus pose, the 7 chakras are located on one’s body from the top of one’s head to the base of one’s spine. Each chakra has a specific location and several unique attributes. While they are aligned with the physical body, they are not something you can touch, but are something you can feel and sense.

One thing that most people don’t realize is that your chakras can both be too closed or too opened. Leaving your chakras too open or vulnerable is just as unhealthy as having closed chakras.  Learning to balance and align your chakras will increase energy, enhance connectedness to others/universe, relieve depressive symptoms, and much more.

This class will educate you on the 7 major Chakra centers in the human body that create the framework of who you are and how you express yourself.  Each Chakra is explored in depth with essential oils, sound therapy, open dialogue and hands on practice:

  1. Developmental stages – relationships with our energy from birth to present
  2. Emotional, mental and physical attributes
  3. Symptoms of imbalance
  4. Ways to create harmony within the system
  5. Correspondence to life patterns of behavior
  6. Healing meditation for each Chakra

A general idea of the chakra system and dowsing will be helpful.  Classes are limited with 2-4 participants with plenty of hands on practice.  You will leave feeling balanced, centered, and confident to use in your daily life on yourself and others.
